Samantha is an Associate in Hicksons Workers Compensation.
Samantha has well rounded knowledge in all aspects of Workers Compensation. She has a particular interest in defending and negotiating Work Injury Damages and Common Law claims. Samantha seeks to help clients’ in achieving the best result with a meticulous and pragmatic approach.
Prior to joining Hicksons, Samantha worked in a specialised workers compensation insurance company. She has extensive knowledge in leadership for Workers Compensation, Permanent Impairment and Eligibility.
Samantha was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2020.
