Laura is a Senior Associate in the Workers Compensation practice group. Laura is well known for her strategic advice in relation to statutory claims.
Laura regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission acting on behalf of respondent insurance clients and advising in respect of workplace injuries. She also has extensive experience acting in work injury damages claims and a track record of achieving excellent outcomes for her clients in complex litigated and non-litigated matters.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and Register of Practitioners of the High Court. Laura is also a member of the Law Society of NSW and the Newcastle Law Society and has a background working within the disabilities and mental health sector.
