Jenny is a special counsel specialising in workers compensation, compulsory third party (CTP) and motor vehicle accident claims.
Jenny has vast experience advising insurance clients in all aspects of workplace injury and motor vehicle accident claims, appearing in the Personal Injury Commission, District Court and Supreme Court of NSW.
Jenny gained experience working for two national law firms where she specialized in workers compensation and motor vehicle accident claims before taking a legal role with a specialised worker’s compensation insurer. Jenny has an excellent understanding of client and stakeholder needs with a focus on assisting in the timely and efficient management and resolution of claims.
Jenny holds Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to practice in NSW and the High Court of Australia.
