Julia is experienced in handling M&A transactions of various sizes and deal structures. She provides end-to-end transaction support, from steering the due diligence process and drafting the transaction documents to negotiation and completion assistance. Julia routinely acts on high value capital raise matters, assists start-up founders in establishing their corporate structure and advises on governance and regulatory matters.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Communication (Public Communication) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney.
Julia is a practising member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
