Emily is an Associate in the Sydney office within Hicksons Workers Compensation team.
Emily studied a Bachelor of Laws and Communications at Western Sydney University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2019. Emily joined us in 2021 after gaining valuable experience working for a worker’s compensation insurer.
Emily practices predominately in workers compensation insurance and has extensive experience in the assessment of permanent impairment lump sum compensation, statutory disputes, Insurance for NSW claims and attending the personal injury commission for teleconferences, arbitrations and conciliations.
