Michael is a Senior Associate at Hicksons, specialising in complex health liability and medical negligence claims.
Michael has extensive experience acting in the defence of complex insurance and personal injury claims including institutional sexual abuse claims, medical negligence claims, CTP claims, and public liability claims, in non-litigated and litigated matters in the Supreme Court of NSW, the NSW Court of Appeal, and the District Court of NSW. Michael has also worked on CTP matters in the Personal Injury Commission and the District Court of NSW.
Michael is knowledgeable in legal tactics and strategies, provides comprehensive and valuable advice on issues of liability and quantum, and works diligently to achieve the most successful and best outcomes for his clients.
Michael was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Advanced Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney, and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
