Melissa is a Senior Associate in the Hicksons General and Life Insurance Team.
With over 12 years’ post admission experience in the insurance industry (both in private practice at well-regarded defendant practices and as an in-house counsel at well-known insurers), Melissa has extensive knowledge of general and life insurance claims across a broad range of portfolios, jurisdictions and complexities.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University.
In 2011, Melissa was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
