Katrina is a Special Counsel in our Workers Compensation Practice with expertise in all aspects of workers compensation claims, including liability disputes, statutory compensation disputes, work injury damages claims and claims for s151Z recovery.

 
Specialising in workers compensation, personal injury and civil litigation, Katrina has over 12 years’ experience acting on behalf of various employers and government agencies in managing their employment/ workers compensation risks. With particular interest in psychological injury claims and s151D limitation cases, Katrina is well-versed in the nuances of these areas of law.
 
Katrina is dedicated to helping organisations navigate the complexities of workers' compensation claims. With a deep understanding of labour laws and a proven track record of success, she is committed to securing the rights and benefits of employers.
 
Having appeared in Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Workers Compensation Commission, Personal Injury Commission, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court, Family Court and High Court, Katrina’s courtroom successes are testament to her ability to competently handle cases of all levels.
 
In 2006 Katrina obtained a Bachelor of Laws/ Arts from University of New England as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from College of Law. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2007 and to the High Court of Australia in 2010. In addition to this Katrina gained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Law (Family Law) in 2010.
