With more than 20 years’ experience in insurance litigation with a particular emphasis on workplace injuries, Scott was admitted to practice in 1998 and has worked extensively in the former Compensation Court, the NSW Dust Diseases Tribunal, the Workers Compensation Commission and Supreme and District Courts.
He has broad experience in providing advice to insurers, self-insurers and their insureds in most aspects of personal injury claims, including public liability, dust diseases and workers compensation claims, including emergency services, and coal miner’s claims.
Scott has extensive experience working with scheme agents, self-insurers, specialised insurers, treasury managed fund agents and large corporate clients in providing advice in the management of all aspects of workers compensation claims.
Scott is a member of the Law Society of NSW and holds a diploma of law.
He joined Hicksons in 2015 and is admitted to practice in NSW.
