Roxanna is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, specialising in contractual and commercial disputes, regulatory compliance, insolvency, mortgage enforcement and debt recovery.
Her in-depth experience advising companies, entities and government organisations from different sectors has given Roxanna a critical understanding of her client’s needs, ensuring she consistently delivers commercial and practical advice. Roxanna has advised government clients, ASX-listed debt purchasing and FMCG companies, major banks, financial institutions, aged care providers, trade credit risk and title insurers, educational institutions, small businesses, bankruptcy trustees and liquidators.
She has expertise on trade terms and conditions, PPSR issues, sale and purchase of businesses, running defended commercial and insolvency matters in NCAT, the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court of Australia. Roxanna has also advocated in contested hearings of winding up and bankruptcy proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court of Australia.
Roxanna holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance with a Bachelor of Law and is admitted to practice in New South Wales.
Prior to being admitted as a solicitor, Roxanna worked in the Federal Court of Australia and for registered bankruptcy trustees and liquidators.
Roxanna has delivered presentations at conferences for professional insolvency organisations, including ARITA.
In 2021, Roxanna was a Finalist in Lawyers’ Weekly 30 under 30 awards for Insolvency.
