A member of Hicksons general insurance team, Nicole has expertise advising clients on litigated and non-litigated insurance matters, including personal injury, product liability, property damage and motor vehicle claims.
Nicole regularly represents insurers and insureds defending personal injury public liability claims, including those with multiple defendants, beginning recovery proceedings for property damage claim, defending property damage and product liability claims and advising on the commercial aspects of pursuing recovery actions.
She has been part of the Hicksons team since 2011.
