Ashley is an Associate within the Health Team at Hicksons Lawyers, specialising in Medical Negligence and Special Issues (Historical Abuse).
Ashley’s expertise reaches across medical negligence/breach of contract, motor accident claims, advising in relation to claims concerning the professional conduct of medical professionals, coronial inquests and general law (AVOs) with the pro bono Hunter Legal Service. Originally joining Hicksons as a Solicitor in 2021, Ashley has since gained the skills and experience to practise as an Associate with her headstrong determination and client-focused approach.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations) from the University of Newcastle. She additionally received her Graduate Diploma of Legal practice from The College of Law in 2019.
In 2019, Ashley was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and in 2020, admitted to the High Court of Australia.
