Anne has more than 30 years’ experience in Commercial real estate. Over that period Anne has developed a range of expertise acting on behalf of both public and private sectors in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, urban renewal projects and mixed use developments.
Her experience covers the full spectrum of real estate activities from concept to completion on major projects, including reviewing and advising on the content of tender packages (for both public and private sector) and analysing risk allocation as between the key protagonists, preparing, reviewing and negotiating complex master development documentation such as Project Delivery Agreements and advising on compliance with and satisfaction of conditions precedent/subsequent for both promoters and participants, in particular for major infrastructure and development projects.
Anne has acted for Government and both listed and private companies in some of the most high profile developments in Australia including Barangaroo, the long term lease of the Sydney Desalination Plant, the acquisition of the Port of Newcastle, the development of South Martin Place and the mixed use developments at Lane Cove Market Square and Dee Why Grand.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). She commenced with Hicksons in 2018 and is admitted to practice in New South Wales and Scotland.
