For more than 10 years, Angela has advised clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters across industries such as pharmaceutical, mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, logistics and technology in Australia, Scotland, England and Wales.
Angela supports her clients with legal and commercial matters by adopting a problem solving approach which focuses on the best possible outcomes for the client, including providing financial modelling and commercial analysis, and the fostering of productive ongoing client relationships with relevant parties. Her expertise for simple advice in complex situations revolves around agreements for government funding arrangements, information technology hardware and software supply, data services agreements, information technology maintenance, support and professional services agreements and software licensing. Angela has extensive experience advising government clients across all of these areas.
Before joining Hicksons, Angela worked for a top tier law firm in Scotland, specialising in commercial contracts, private equity investment and corporate insolvency.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws and is a Harvard accredited negotiator.
She joined Hicksons in 2012 and is admitted to practice in NSW.
