Adam has more than 10 years’ experience supporting clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including government business dealing with large procurements and commercial contracting.
Adam works daily with NSW Government clients on commercial arrangements relating to procurement and tendering, commercial agreements and contract negotiation including technology and intellectual property.
His commercial law services include corporate structuring, share and business acquisitions and capital raising and asset protection measures, including implementing structures to protect assets.
A Harvard-trained negotiator, Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Applied Economics. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
An associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia, he joined Hicksons in 2009 and is admitted to practice in NSW and the ACT.
