Adam is a commercial lawyer supporting clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including government business.
He works daily with NSW Government clients. This experience has included projects for On Demand Transport, Autonomous Vehicles and for hiring arrangements for a portfolio of publicly-owned sports and entertainment venues in NSW (including deals with NRL and FFA clubs).
His corporate services include structuring, sales and acquisitions, capital raising and asset protection measures. This includes acting on transactions on both buy and sell side (typically with deal value ranging from $5m to $40m). During FY22, Adam led two separate $100m+ M&A deals. Recent M&A transactions have involved PE buyers, cash-and-scrip and W&I. Adam also has significant IT contract experience.
A Harvard-trained negotiator, Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Applied Economics. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
An associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia, he joined Hicksons in 2009 and is admitted to practice in NSW and the ACT.
