Hicksons is a mid-tier law firm with offices located in Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra.  Our firm provides a full range of corporate, commercial, IT, property and insurance law services to corporate and government clients.

We are looking to appoint casual service centre clerk for our Sydney Office.

You will be responsible for

  • Opening and distribution of mail
  • Delivery of files and documents to various courts and offices throughout the CBD
  • Relief reception, setting up the boardrooms and replenishing stock
  • Scanning, printing, photocopying and finishing of documents i.e. binding, trimming, etc.
  • Providing facilities support (back up) liaisons with contractors
  • Movement of office files and furniture
  • General housekeeping and office duties.
