Associate - Insurance in the Workplace

Najeh has nine years legal experience and is an associate in one of Hicksons Insurance practice groups. His focus is on managing insurance in the workplace. Najeh has a large portfolio of clients which include government agencies and large employer clients.

Prior to joining Hicksons he had extensive experience in the Workers Compensation Commission; resulting in the management of a large volume of Commission files and Work Injury Damages matters.

He manages complex common law and work injury damages matters. Najeh works with clients on matters involving multiple parties and including matters involving dual insurance issues, motor accident issues, occupier's liability and indemnity issues. He advises on psychological injuries and on the termination of payments or tail claims and regularly appears as a solicitor advocate in the Workers Compensation Commission on behalf of his clients. Having worked on the respondent side exclusively, Najeh has broad experience working with scheme agents, self insurers, specialised insurers, treasury managed fund agents and employer preferred clients.

Najeh, who holds a Bachelor of Laws, commenced with Hicksons in June 2010. He is admitted to practice in New South Wales.
