For more than 20 years, Anne has advised government and listed and private companies, including developers, landlords, tenants and high net worth individuals on all aspects of property law.

Anne’s expertise in property law involves addressing her clients’ critical commercial issues. Her experience includes advising: developers on the purchase and development of land for commercial, industrial and domestic use; developers on strata and community developments, including addressing staging and structuring issues; commercial landlords on leasing arrangements for commercial office buildings, shopping centres and industrial estates; commercial landlords on the purchase of commercial office buildings, shopping centres and industrial estates, including preparing due diligence documentation and advising on leasing portfolios; commercial landlords on the sale of properties, including preparing contracts and advising on negotiations; and tenants on national leasing arrangements, including negotiating lease terms.

Anne, who holds an Bachelor of Laws, commenced with Hicksons in April 2006. She is admitted to practice in New South Wales.
